Designer Thakoon Panichgul, created this cute collection for my favorite store in the whole wide world- TAR-JAAY (Target). I've always been a big fan of Thakoon's designs (I HEART the shoes you did with Manolo!). This limited edition collection for Target is slated to debut in December.
